How can we keep a healthy sense of humour and experience a sense of balance in our lives? How can we live a sense of being active and not just surviving?To answer some of these questions we will focus on the following points.
Life isn’t fair.Our life is full of frustration ,isn’t it?Life doesn’t always deal US a good hand and doing our best with a positive attitude,doesn’t always pay off.
Suffering.Growth is seldom easy and pain is a part of our human condition.Almost everyone gets hurts.It’s just that some of US are better actors in hiding the pain we feel.
Loneliness.Dr.Albert Schweitzer said,“We are all SO much together,but we are all dying of loneliness.”We sometimes experience moments of loneliness.We must treasure friendship,kind— ness and love.which we should show to others around US.Life is not meant to be lived in isolation. All of life occurs within friendships.We need to know we are needed and SO are those we need.
Personal responsibility.We each have a choice to be either a failure or a lifeereater.We should be responsible for the choices we make.We can become most of what we wish to be if we are willing to change and pay the price.What we have in the future depends on what we do today.We must do our best.
Self.Conridence.We believe we can do something well.Just as the saying goes,“People do not lack strength:they lack will.Nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind to it.”0ur goal is sure to be achieved.
Mystery.Life is not just one big problem to be solved.Rather,it is a mystery to be experi- enced,which is all the more meaningful and。beautiful when it is shared with other persons who de- cide to“grow deep,not just tall”!
